A violent crash, this Friday morning, on the A3 (towards Braga/Porto) caused the death of a 40-year-old woman, resident in Matosinhos, and serious injuries to two other people, forcing the partial cut-off of the motorway, in the Maia area
According to the source of the District Command of Rescue Operations (CDOS) Porto, the accident occurred in the direction Braga/Porto and forced the "obstruction" of two lanes. The alert for the accident in the area of Águas Santas, near the bridge of the river Leça, came to the fire brigade around 7 am.
To the site were displaced volunteer firefighters Ermesinde and Santo Tirso, emergency medical vehicles of the Hospital de São João and Santo António Hospital, in Porto, Immediate Life Support Ambulance (SIV) of Santo Tirso and GNR.
