Europe's biggest corporate happiness event brought together more than 10,000 people at Alfândega do Porto.
Happiness Camp 2024, Europe's largest corporate happiness event, took place on 17 September at Alfândega do Porto.
The event attracted more than 10,000 participants and 500 companies, creating a platform for sharing knowledge on how to improve the quality of life of workers and the productivity of companies.
The Happiness Camp aimed to promote well-being practices in the workplace, addressing issues such as human sustainability, burnout and building happier organisational cultures.
As well as lectures, workshops and discussions with global leaders, the event offered a relaxed and festive atmosphere, mixing learning and fun.
Matosinhos was present at the event, with a stand highlighting the municipality's main characteristics, such as gastronomy and the sea. visitors could build a ‘happiness mural’ on site, with images of Matosinhos personalities, sketches by the architect Siza Vieira, fish, and emblematic sites such as the Anémona or the Matosinhos Market.
