The conference will bring together more than 10,000 participants and 500 companies on 17 September.
Happiness Camp 2024 is the largest corporate happiness conference in Europe and will take place at Alfândega do Porto on 17 September, starting at 8am, bringing together more than 10,000 participants and 500 companies to discuss corporate human sustainability practices and policies.
The event is organised by the Happiness Camp Association and is free of charge, but has limited capacity.
Happiness Camp 2024 aims to transform the current corporate paradigm and will feature two stages - the Happy Stage and the Joyful Stage - where there will be more than 25 talks by international and national experts on well-being at work, conscious leadership, inclusion, diversity, employee experience and innovations in organisational culture.
The Happy Stage will feature Lori George, former Global Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Coca-Cola; Kerri Warner, Global Director of Internal Communications at Spotify; Jen Fisher, Director of Human Sustainability at Deloitte; and Tom Freeman, Director of Organisational Culture at Headspace. This stage will discuss topics such as purpose-orientated leadership, proximity strategies in hybrid work, techniques for creating resilient teams and mental health policies.
The Joyful Stage will feature Sonya Barlow, CEO of LMF Network and BBC Presenter; Zaheer Ahmad, Member of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Board at Toyota Motors and independent member of the Premier League; and Stefanie Sword-Williams, CEO of Fuck Being Humble, who will discuss neurodiversity, Generation Z expectations at work, diversity in organisational transformation and self-promotion in well-being and productivity.
The event will also include Happiness Labs, which are practical sessions in the form of masterclasses on topics such as inclusive corporate language, brand humanisation and positive psychology. These workshops require prior enrolment and are promoted by institutions such as the International WELL Building Institute, IE University Madrid and Nova Business School.
Participants will also receive an official 8-hour training certificate, accredited by the Happiness Business School and customisable in areas such as communication, leadership and mental health.
