The new building of the luxury condominium “The Garden”, located in Senhora da Hora, will have 160 apartments, from studios to five-bedroom apartments, with prices ranging from 235 thousand to 910 thousand euros.
The “Lake” building will be the new development of the luxury condominium The Garden, which is located in Senhora da Hora, on the former grounds of the old Efanor factory.
Where the Natura and Factory residential buildings already stand, this new development will consist of 160 premium apartments, equipped with terrace, private garden and balcony. The apartments focus on comfort and sophistication, featuring finishes such as white Estremoz marble, oak floors and kitchens equipped with high-end appliances.
With types T0 to T5 and areas starting at 60 m², prices start at 235 thousand euros, with a T4 being able to reach 910 thousand euros.
The development will have a surrounding area of 30,000 m², with private gardens, lakes and trails ideal for hiking, benefiting from contact with nature and a privileged location, very close to NorteShopping.
