The S. Mamede de Infesta Mutual Aid Association applies to the RRP for this project and the Matosinhos City Hall will support
The Association of Mutual Aid of S. Mamede de Infesta (ASMSMI) will submit an application to the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) in order to finance the construction of an Integrated Continued Care Unit.
The new structure will be divided into a Convalescent Unit and a Medium Duration and Rehabilitation Unit.
ASMSMI is a Private Institution of Social Solidarity, created in January 1890. It is the oldest institution in the city of São Mamede de Infesta, being one of the oldest in the municipality of Matosinhos, whose action is oriented to the field of Health.
ASMSMI's application to the RRP will allow, in the opinion of the Municipality of Matosinhos, to meet local and national needs, so it has granted a support to the institution in the amount of 192 thousand euros.
The cooperation protocol was signed on the 15th by the vice president of the municipality and responsible for Social Intervention and Health, Carlos Mouta, and the chairman of the board of ASMSMI, Alexandre Lopes.
