Oceanic Reserve, a luxury private condominium, is to be built in Lavra, Matosinhos.

The condominium will consist of 14 three and four-bedroom villas and is partly located in the Corgo Nature Reserve, between Praia da Memória and Praia de Angeiras, with a private area of 9700m² of green and leisure areas.

The project stands out for its premium finishes, with marble exteriors, floors equipped with underfloor heating, air conditioning in all the villas and heated swimming pools and kitchens equipped with Bosh appliances. All the villas will have an IoT (Internet of Things) management system installed, the common name for home automation.

Oceanic Reserve offers 10 three-bedroom villas of around 350 m² spread over three floors. On the ground floor, you'll find the private garage and a functional living room, laundry room, outdoor patio and storage space. The second floor is dedicated to the social areas, including a spacious living room that opens onto a patio with a heated swimming pool. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, most notably the master suite.

The four 4-bedroom villas, covering more than 400 m², are also spread over three floors. On the ground floor you'll find the garage, a functional living room, laundry room, outdoor patio and storage space. The second floor includes a modern kitchen, utility room, bathroom and a living room. The third floor consists of four bedrooms, two of them en suite, and two that share a bathroom.

This project was born out of a partnership between Teppe, Castelhana - A Dils Company, JLL and Luxury Collection.

According to Luis Felgueiras, Business Developer and Partner at Teppe, ‘With Oceanic Reserve, we have managed to create a space where people can feel connected to nature, without giving up the comfort and convenience of living close to the city centre and the beach. The villas have been designed to provide a unique, exclusive experience and lifestyle with the utmost security and privacy. Each Oceanic Reserve villa will be built taking into account high standards of quality, comfort and modernity in terms of materials and technology.’

For Nuno Pinto de Sousa, head of Castelhana - A Dils Company in Porto, ‘Oceanic Reserve is a unique project that offers a perfect balance between comfort and sustainability, set in stunning natural surroundings. Just five minutes from the sea and with easy access to essential services, this development offers an exclusive and peaceful living experience, without giving up urban convenience. We are very excited about this launch and believe that Oceanic Reserve will be a benchmark in Matosinhos and the entire Porto region.’

Telmo Azevedo, Co-Head of Residential at JLL, emphasises: ‘We are delighted to be part of the launch of Oceanic Reserve in Matosinhos. With a privileged location just 15 minutes from Porto and a short distance from the sea, comprising 14 three and four bedroom villas, this development is a response to the current needs of the prime residential market in the region. We believe that this project will have a positive impact on Porto's urban fabric, in line with the expectations of the exclusive property segment in this area.’

Ana Mendes, Luxury Collection's commercial director, emphasises the project's location and uniqueness. ‘Lavra is a marvellous residential area that is undergoing remarkable development and offers an unparalleled quality of life that is so typical of coastal areas. Just a walk from the beach and 2 minutes from the main roads into Porto, Oceanic Reserve is a sui generis project, designed for those looking for comfort and privacy in total communion with nature. Having a reserve as a private garden is a luxury that few can afford, so we are sure that the marketing will be a success and that Oceanic Reserve will become a future reference in Matosinhos.
