Paulo Carvalho is the new coordinator of ANAFRE

Paulo Ramos de Carvalho, President of the Union of Parishes of Matosinhos and Leça da Palmeira, was elected, on the 6th of May, coordinator of the Executive Board of ANAFRE (National Association of Parishes) for the District of Porto
