Bárbara Tinoco and José Pinhal Post-Mortem Experience are the highlights of this edition, which starts on 26 July and ends on 4 August.
Starting on 26 July, the Sant'Ana Festivities return to Leça da Palmeira for another edition with a diverse programme.
This year's headliner is the artist Bárbara Tinoco, who will take to the "Sant'Ana stage" on 27 July at 22h00. The artist is today one of the best known national musical figures, with several hits in recent years.
There will also be a fireworks display at 00h00 on that day.
Also making its debut in the municipality of Matosinhos is the José Pinhal Post-Mortem Experience group. The group is paying homage to the artist José Pinhal, who was born in Matosinhos. The performance will take place on 28 July at 22h00.
The 2024 edition of the Sant'Ana Festivities & XXV FESTARTE will also feature other musical acts, including Luigi Ferreira (26 July), the ABBA tribute band "ABBA MIA" (2 August), Catarina Almada (3 August) and the fado show curated by Paulo Faria Carvalho, "3 Generations, the same Love".
The Sant'Ana Festivities are also distinguished by their folklore component, namely the FESTARTE festival organised by the Rancho Típico da Amorosa . The 25th edition of this festival will once again feature several international groups that will brighten up the "FESTARTE stage" on 28 July, starting at 15:30.
In addition to this festival and musical programme, the Sant'Ana Festivities & FESTARTE also feature a craft and food market, made up of local artisans, traders and businesses.
