STCP - Sociedade de Transportes Colectivos do Porto has joined the restricted group of brands that stand out for their level of excellence, by being distinguished with the Five Star Award Regions 2023 (District of Porto)
Users have attributed to the largest public transport operator of Porto Metropolitan Area an overall satisfaction level of 7.87/10, having as evaluation criteria five variables which influence consumers in their purchase/consumption decisions: Satisfaction/Experience, Price/Quality, Recommendation Intention, Trust in Brand and Innovation.
"This is an important recognition for the STCP brand, given that, in this process, those who assess are our passengers and our customers. It is a sign that we are on the right track, contributing decisively to improving the quality of life of the populations of the municipalities where we operate", said Cristina Pimentel, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of STCP.
"This distinction represents a recognition of the excellence of our service and an added responsibility for STCP in the service it provides to its customers", concludes the company's leader.
The Five Stars Regions Award applies to products and services with regional presence and aims to highlight the impact that companies have on the promotion of Portugal, at economic and social level, in addition to the wealth of heritage that characterises and enhances the country on a touristic level, region by region.
According to the promoting entity, 436 thousand consumers were involved in this edition of the Five Stars Award, who evaluated more than 900 brands through the methodology of the Award. Of these, only 116 were able to prove their excellence and win the distinction, namely STCP.
