The candidates can integrate a specific department of Worten within the 50 vacancies available between Azambuja, Carnaxide and Matosinhos
Worten has just opened vacancies for the new edition of the Play Your Future Trainee Programme, the programme for recent graduates, final year undergraduates and masters students looking for a first professional experience. The candidates will be able to do a 12-month internship in a specific department at Worten. With 50 open positions, in Azambuja, Carnaxide and Matosinhos, the programme will start in September this year and will be receiving applications until April 27.
The annual programme offers these young starters several benefits that aim at promoting diversity, inclusion and work-life balance. In addition to the hybrid work model, internship grant and initial and continuous training, the Trainees will have the support of a mentor for the whole idealised work plan, in a more formal component, and also a buddy, who will help them with the more informal day-to-day issues. During the internship, they will also have the opportunity to carry out an innovation project together with trainees from other business areas and the possibility of joining the company after the programme.
Play Your Future Trainee Programme "With the Play Your Future Trainee Programme, we want to promote the integration of young people who are finishing or have finished their higher education in the labour market. Our goal is to involve them in the most diverse areas of the company, supporting the different teams in their activities and projects," comments Inês de Castro, Head of People at Worten. "We believe that this is an excellent opportunity for young finalists looking to gain experience and knowledge in a specific business area, among the several we have available, such as Brand & Communication, Concept & Sustainability, Digital Business, People, Tech Team, and more," she adds.
